Overview
Participate in a hands-on wood whittling workshop led by the wood wizard himself, Homer Johnson. Under Johnson’s guidance, you will explore fundamental techniques of this traditional craft, whittling and shaping your own wooden creation. This workshop will empower you to unleash your creativity, producing unique, handcrafted pieces to take home.
Led by Kaylee Hobbs, MMFA Manager of Adult Programs, after the gallery talk Why is this Art?: Thomas Day held in the permanent collection with Landmarks’ Carole King.
