Questions to Consider
- Throughout the book, food plays an important role in Frida’s relationships. Does food play a similar role in your life and family?
- How does the author use Frida’s paintings in the book? Was he successful at capturing the allure of her work through words?
- How is Frida Kahlo able to so successfully convey pain and loss in her works as described in the book?
