Mixed Media

A select group of art students from BTW Magnet High School will curate an exhibition pulling from the Student Art Collection in response to the MMFA’s larger exhibition Art Connects: Works from the Vault Curated by the Community. The students have been tasked with choosing a theme, deciding on works, writing the labels, and installing the exhibition themselves with the help of Museum staff and their teacher, Emily Thomas. This exhibition will follow a similar student exhibition that was guest curated by the Museum’s teen council known as the Muses.
