Overview
The Flimp Festival is back! We are excited to share a reimagined Festival with families from across the River Region. This year’s event will take place online, in-person, and at home—we hope you’ll join us for the complete journey.
How to Enjoy
Before May 1
During the three weeks leading up to the Flimp Festival, tune in to see local artists Tori Nicole, Winfred Hawkins, and Nathaniel Allen talk about their artistic process and watch them create an original work of chalk art.
May 1
Come celebrate Flimp in the Caddell Sculpture Garden. Enjoy outdoor interactives, live performances by musician Calliope Pettis, and see nationally renowned chalk artist Jennifer Richardson demonstrate her talents.
After May 1
Finding inspiration from the Flimp Festival, use chalk to create a sidewalk masterpiece. Share your work with us by uploading it to Instagram and using the hashtag #Flimp2021.
