Spring Break Youth Art Camp

Monday, March 16 at 8:30 AM to Friday, March 20 at 12:00 PM

Designed for ages 9 to 12

This spring break, young artists are invited to embark on a week of hands-on discovery where art meets science, engineering, and more!

Each day of this STEAM-focused camp introduces a new theme, giving young creators the chance to experiment, observe, and build in engaging new ways inspired by the natural world around them.

Science Day: Head outdoors for a nature exploration walk in the Sculpture Garden, then create wind chime mobiles inspired by the environment.

Technology Day: Investigate how nature influences innovation and design creative solutions modeled after plants and animals.

Engineering Day: Put problem-solving skills to work by constructing whimsical, eco-friendly bug hotels.

Art Day: Dive into painting and printmaking, then collaborate on a colorful “rock snake” installation in the Sculpture Garden.

Math Day: Discover Fibonacci sequences in nature and transform mathematical patterns into beautiful artworks.

Important note: We recommend campers bring comfortable shoes and clothing, a reusable water bottle, and daily snacks.
