Open Studios at the MMFA

Calling all artists looking for an inspired place to work on collaborative projects and socialize with creative peers! Join us at the MMFA for this Open Studios event, where you can hang out with and create alongside local artists. Alisa Beck will be here demonstrating paint and color techniques. Artists are invited to bring their own supplies to create.  Please see the MMFA’s approved materials list below. 

There will not be storage available, so anything you bring to work on must be taken with you the same day.

Registration: Free to participate but pre-registration is requested, especially if you would like to reserve the use of an easel. 

Approved materials: acrylic and watercolor paints, gouache, pencils and ink pens, oil and chalk pastels
