MMFA Collection: Embracing Diversity

Ever wonder how works of art become a part of the Museum’s permanent collection? On Saturday, November 13 at 11 AM, MMFA curators Margaret Lynne Ausfeld and Jennifer Jankauskas, P.h.D. will lead a gallery talk discussing the Museum’s recent acquisitions and how these new artworks help us tell a broader Alabama story.

It is free to attend the event and a boxed lunch will be provided, however, registration is required. Registration closes on Wednesday, November 10th at 4 PM if you want a boxed lunch. If you plan to attend the event but do not need lunch provided, registration closes on Friday at 5 PM.
