Mini Makers: Portraits and Me (Waitlist Only)

Saturday, June 13 at 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Overview

Cost: Free*
Age Range: 2 to 5 year olds with their caregivers

In this Mini Makers session, little artists explore portraits by taking a closer look at themselves and others. Focusing on identity and observation, children will discover facial features like eyes, noses, mouths, and hair while looking at artworks in the Museum’s galleries.

Through hands-on art-making, movement, and conversation, Mini Makers will create their own portraits and celebrate what makes each face unique—building confidence, curiosity, and self-expression along the way.

Registration is Open!

Due to the age range of participants, pre-registration is required. To register, please email Kaylee Hobbs at kahobbs@mmfa.org or call her office line at 334-625-4349.
