Verde is launching a seasonal brunch! Inspired by Women’s History Month, join Chef Davena Jernigan for the first dining experience on Sunday, March 6.

Menu

  • Appetizer: Deviled Egg with Smoked Salmon
  • Starter: Open-faced Tomato Tart
  • Entrée, see options below
  • Dessert: Key Lime Tart
  • Drinks: Self-serve Coffee and Mimosa Bar

Entrée, your choice of:

  • Triple Berry French Toast Bake with Apple Wood Smoked Bacon with Honey Crème Fraîche
  • Grilled Lamb Burger served on a Brioche Bun with Caramelized Onions and Fontina Topped with a Fried Egg
  • Pan-seared Salmon over a Parmesan Scallion Grit Cake Finished with a Creole Cream Sauce
  • Roasted Spring Vegetable Quiche Served with Arugula, a White Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Seasonal Fruit

Limited Seating. Registration closes on March 4 at 5 PM. Brunch is $45 per person all-inclusive and includes two mimosas.
