- Grilled Lamb Burger served on a Brioche Bun with Caramelized Onions and Fontina Topped with a Fried Egg
- Pan-seared Salmon over a Parmesan Scallion Grit Cake Finished with a Creole Cream Sauce
- Roasted Spring Vegetable Quiche Served with Arugula, a White Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Seasonal Fruit
