Led by chef Alanna M. Dennis, this class demonstrates the basics of making buttermilk biscuits, cornbread, and butter from scratch. Along the way, you will learn a few of my favorite tips and tricks.
About the Chef
Originally from Montgomery, AL, Executive Chef, Alanna M. Dennis, is a 2004 Cum Laude graduate of the International Le Cordon Bleu program. She is also a 1998 graduate of Alabama A&M University, which is where she was initiated into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Alanna has worked in a number of professional and pastry kitchens across Central Florida including the UCF Radisson and Gaylord Palms Resort, also working with various catering companies at major events, such as the Disney Golf Classic.
