In this hands on class, led by chef Alanna M. Dennis, participants will not only learn the basics of building a charcuterie board, but they will also design and build a charcuterie box to take home.
About the Chef
Originally from Montgomery, AL, Executive Chef, Alanna M. Dennis, is a 2004 Cum Laude graduate of the International Le Cordon Bleu program. She is also a 1998 graduate of Alabama A&M University, which is where she was initiated into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Alanna has worked in a number of professional and pastry kitchens across Central Florida including the UCF Radisson and Gaylord Palms Resort, also working with various catering companies at major events, such as the Disney Golf Classic.
