Overview
EL Chisolm is a mixed media painter, art activist, and muralist based in Atlanta, GA. As the Featured Artist at the MMFA, she will be creating a canvas mural that reflects the strength and abundance of Black farming community in the River Region. We invite visitors to watch her work in the Museum Shop Tuesday, June 13 through Friday, June 16 and contribute to the mural by painting a small area on Saturday, June 17, 9-11 AM during our Juneteenth Celebration. The completed mural will remain on display at the MMFA through July 2023.
