Take time to release stress from the workweek and enter the weekend relaxed and revived with an hour of Artful Wellness in the MMFA’s Caddell Sculpture Garden, led by Breezeville Yoga. This end-of-the-week, midday experience offers wellness for your mind and body, in a unique environment enhanced by beautiful art and natural light.
About Breezeville Studio
Breezeville Yoga was founded by Frank “Breeze” Smith with the singular dream of bringing unity and yoga to Montgomery. Breeze came to yoga for health and fitness and found a life-changing path. His teaching practice welcomes all yoga styles and practices believing everyone has something to offer when coming together.
Fees and Refunds
Class costs will only be refunded if a program is cancelled. For any other full refund or credit, cancellations must be made no later than two weeks before the program begins. After that time a 25% administrative fee will be charged.
