Artful Wellness: Tai Chi

Designed for adults
Take time to release stress from the workweek and enter the weekend fresh by learning some basics of tai chi, led by Random Tai Chi in the MMFA’s Lowder Gallery. This end-of-the-week, midday experience offers wellness for your mind and body, in a unique environment surrounded with art and illuminated by soothing, natural light.
Fees and Refunds
Class costs will only be refunded if a program is cancelled. For any other full refund or credit, cancellations must be made no later than two weeks before the program begins. After that time a 25% administrative fee will be charged.
