In partnership with the Montgomery Ballet, May’s Artful Wellness invites virtual participants to relax and enjoy the flow of ballet stretches and movements. This end of the week, midday experience offers wellness for your mind and body, uniquely enhanced by an environment that richly combines art and nature, streamed live on Facebook from the MMFA’s Cadell Sculpture Garden to the comfort of wherever you are!
About Montgomery Ballet
Montgomery Ballet is Alabama’s oldest non-profit arts organization that has contributed to the enrichment of the Montgomery community for the last sixty-two years. The Montgomery Ballet began as the Montgomery Civic Ballet in 1958 and developed into a professional ballet company in 1987. It is the only professional Ballet Company in the city of Montgomery and one of only three in the state of Alabama.
