Overview
Designed for art educators
We’re kicking off the school year with a fun STEAM workshop.
Led by two local educators, Lindsey Norris and Rebecca Lee, this workshop invites participants to explore engineering principles such as balance, stability, and structural design by designing and building animals with cardboard.
What is STEAM?
STEAM Education is an approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
This program is free to all. Space is limited and registration is required. For more information, please email Elisabeth Palmer at epalmer@mmfa.org.
