Adult Painting Class with Tessa Tallakson

Saturday, October 21 at 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Overview

Designed for Teens and Adults

Learn to paint like the Masters! Join us for a one day Portrait Painting Workshop taught by artist Tessa Tallakson, an American Representation painter living and working in rural Alabama. Participants will learn how to start and develop a portrait painting with a live model. Tessa will introduce water based oil paints, how to simplify an underpainting and further develop the portrait using a limited palette. Along with instruction there will also be a demonstration on working with a live model.

No previous painting or drawing experience required. This workshop is limited to 15 students and advance registration is required.
