American History Homeschool Event
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Museum will host its fifth annual event for the local homeschool community, offering interdisciplinary connections through engaging gallery tours and studio activities. Participants will traverse our country’s cultural development as represented in the Museum’s permanent collection, from Colonial and Early American portraiture, to romantic landscapes and simple country scenes as the nation industrialized, and increasingly new artistic styles that developed in stride with America’s cosmopolitanization. We welcome the whole family to participate, as activities will also be offered for preschoolers with their parents.
To register for the homeschool event, call Brandy Morrison at 334.240.4365 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please register for this event no later than March 24.
