General Tour Offerings

The Museum designs tours for all visitors, K-12 and adults, led by docents (trained volunteers) and staff. Depending on your needs, tours will vary in length of time, scope and content.

If you are a visitor on Sunday, consider a free 1 P.M. “Sundays at One” docent-led tour.
Tour fees:
Reservation Fee (non-refundable):
$15/guided tour (per 25 participants)
Studio Lesson: $3/person
Writing in the Galleries: $2/person
ARTWORKS (groups of 10 or more): $15 per 25 participants
Three weeks advance notice is needed to schedule guided tours, so please have several dates and times in mind. Contact the Tour Coordinator by filling out the Tour Form or 334.240.4359 to request a brochure or to schedule a tour.

Self-Guided Tours
If you would like to schedule a self-guided group tour for 10 or more people, you must make your reservation at least a day before the tour.
Audio Cell Phone Tours
To supplement our tour offerings, cell phone tours are available for individuals and groups who would like to tour the museum on their own. Call 334.450.0242 and you can access various recordings by curators, artists and educators who provide information about works in our collection. When you visit the galleries look for the cell phone symbol and enter the number featured on the label. Visit our AUDIO TOUR PAGE to hear some examples online.
